How can I track the status of my order?

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are damaged during transit or if the wrong item was delivered. Please ensure the product remains unopened and in its original packaging to qualify.

Does HYPHEN test its products on animals?

Absolutely not. HYPHEN is a 100% cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals at any stage of the formulation process.
